A modular digital ecosystem for PromoSport & ActionSport to manage events, registrations, staff, logistics, and finances across web, mobile, and ERP.

PromoSport and ActionSport are two nonprofit organizations offering sports and educational activities across different regions in Belgium. Despite operating under distinct names, they share the same ownership and service structure.


To streamline operations and enhance the customer experience, we developed a comprehensive platform consisting of two WordPress websites, a web booking app, a mobile application, and a powerful custom ERP system. The solution allows users to book activities, manage profiles, and track participation, while giving internal teams the tools to coordinate staff scheduling, site logistics, materials, accounting, and event planning.


All components of the system are tailored to support the real-world processes of youth activity management, from session tracking and refunds to HR and warehouse management, serving both the client-facing experience and deep operational needs.
