Digital Platform for Public Services
A centralized system for managing trees and public spaces, enabling transparent collaboration between the municipality of Saint-Josse and its residents.
Saint-Josse, one of the 19 communes of the Brussels-Capital Region, sought a modern tool to manage its public green areas more effectively. In collaboration with Innovative Solutions, a full-featured digital platform was created to centralize tree and park data, facilitate internal task coordination, and improve public interaction.
Through interactive maps, role-based dashboards, and a built-in alert system, the platform empowers municipal staff to manage trees, track tasks, and generate reports—while allowing citizens to explore their neighborhood's green assets and share feedback. The solution promotes transparency, civic collaboration, and data-driven decision-making in environmental management.
